Founder and Chairman of the Group
Mr. Amos Ma, the founder, has been widely recognized for his innovations in the confectionery industry and in corporate management. In 2024, he was inducted into the U.S. Confectionery Hall of Fame, becoming the first Chinese individual in history to receive this honor. He has also been named a 2025 Industry Leader by Forbes China, a Leading Figure in China’s Food Industry, and a recipient of the Ram Charan Management Practice Award from Harvard Business Review. Additionally, he has been honored as a Shenzhen Industry Leader for three consecutive terms.

A seasoned expert in international import–export trade with more than two decades of experience in the confectionery import–export industry, she has led the global expansion of two flagship brands—Amos and Biobor—enabling their products to reach over 80 countries and regions worldwide. She was recognized as an “Outstanding Model Individual for Women’s Excellence” by Shenzhen Municipality in 2024 and was awarded the 2026 IMPACT Award by the National Confectioners’ Sales Association (NCSA) at its 80th Annual Conference.

An internationally recognized authority on food safety systems, with more than two decades of experience in research and development of lean manufacturing in the food industry, specializing in innovation in food safety and production processes. He has driven product transformation across the group, achieving global market success through exceptional quality control, and has led the implementation of numerous production innovations and optimizations on world-leading confectionery processing lines.
